A new concept in personalization for the sports sedan segment
The Ghibli is a car that places no limits on its driver's desires and preferences, revolutionizing the concept of customization in the sports sedan segment. The leather, available in three colors, is used on the front and rear seats as standard, but can also be extended to the side areas above the dashboard, the instrument panel brow and the door armrests to create an original two-tone combination.
Inside the Ghibli, you will discover the ideal combination of functionality and style. Exceptional design and the highest quality materials ensure the ultimate in comfort. The wraparound design of the seats lends a sporting feel, while heated, 12-way power front seats allow driver and passenger to find the perfect seating position.
The smooth, elegant lines of the dashboard and central console, and the soft leather upholstery define the interior design of the Ghibli. For an additional touch of individuality, there is the option of a leather finish across the interior side panels and doors. This creates two-tone color combinations that envelop everyone onboard in traditional Maserati luxury.
Classic appeal. Contemporary design.
To ensure that its looks match its performance, Ghibli features numerous distinctive design elements, like the radiator grille converging with the striking LED daytime running lights, twin exhaust tailpipes, and a wide selection of alloy wheels exclusive to Maserati.
Choice materials with modern design and ergonomic controls
When sitting in the driver's seat of the Ghibli, you'll feel in total control. The ergonomic three-spoke leather-clad steering wheel, with controls for the main multimedia functions, frames a simple but striking instrument panel. The large speedometer and rev counter have elegant white backlighting and are separated by a 7-inch TFT display that shows dynamic data to keep the driver constantly informed.
An Ermenegildo Zegna-dressed Maserati
It can be argued that nature is the ultimate artisan, so it is no surprise that our idea of luxury includes some of nature's finest materials. Maserati and the world-renowned fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna understand this, and have teamed up to produce some of the automotive world's most sumptuous and serene environments ever.
Discerning drivers and passengers will feel truly indulged, surrounded by a selection of premium luxury leathers. Even greater comfort and style come with the natural-fiber Zegna Mulberry Silk inserts, embellished with a hand-stitched micro-chevron pattern on the seats, door panels, roof lining, sunshades and ceiling light fixture. Seats feature a central silk insert with a macro-chevron weave. Door panels, roof lining and sunshades are further covered with Zegna silk jersey, complementing the artistic ambience.
Harman Kardon Sound System
For music connoisseurs seeking more power, more dynamism and an extra dimension of emotional realism, the optional Harman Kardon Premium Sound System brings new levels of audio refinement to the Maserati Ghibli. With 10 high-powered speakers carefully positioned throughout the cabin, the system produces 360 degrees of sublime sound reproduction, whatever the listener's seating position. A special high-performance subwoofer handles the low-end frequencies with ease, while the mid-range drivers and tweeters ensure that every instrument makes its presence felt on this virtual concert platform.
Bowers & Wilkins Premium Sound System
Those in search of the ultimate concert-hall acoustics from within the Ghibli can specify the optional, new-generation Premium Surround system, created in association with high-end sound specialists Bowers & Wilkins. The system, with a 16-channel, 1,280-watt amplifier and 15 speakers, blends perfectly into the design of the interior and guarantees unparalleled sound with unbeatable dynamic purity.
The Maserati Ghibli is engineered to deliver maximum performance and driving excitement. Delivering sure-footed handling in virtually all weather conditions, the Maserati Q4 system continually analyzes data to optimize driving dynamics and fuel consumption. From the twin-turbocharged V6 engine to the quick-shifting 8-speed ZF transmission, every aspect of the Maserati Ghibli has been crafted and engineered to deliver high performance and driving enjoyment.
The very definition of excitement
The Ghibli is a car that was born to inspire and exhilarate, with clean lines and sculpted forms that capture the eye and captivate the imagination. Combining sleek contours with expert engineering prowess, the Ghibli offers the luxury, performance and exclusivity for which Maserati is world renowned.
Outstanding performance, superb control
Agile and powerful, the Ghibli is a luxury sports sedan that instantly responds to the driver's every command. From the twin-turbocharged V6 engine to the quick-shifting 8-speed ZF transmission, every aspect of the Maserati Ghibli has been crafted and engineered to deliver high performance and driving enjoyment.
Maserati Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive
A sporting stance, even when the going gets tough.
Under normal conditions, most of the Ghibli S Q4's power is sent to the rear wheels and provides the sporty dynamics of a RWD vehicle. When the weather and road conditions become a challenge, the car's rear-wheel bias comes into its own with Maserati Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive. If the road surface turns slippery, within just 150 milliseconds, the Maserati Q4 system transfers up to 50% of the power to the front wheels for maximum traction.
A powerful V6 engine of great distinction
This twin-turbocharged V6 engine sings.
Engineered to deliver maximum performance and driving excitement, the Maserati Ghibli is powered by a twin-turbocharged V6 engine, engineered by Maserati, built by Ferrari and shared by no one. Its exhaust note is unrivaled in the world of sports sedans and announces that the Ghibli is, above all, a Maserati. With impressive torque, uncompromising high performance and low fuel consumption, the Maserati V6 engine truly stands apart.
The Maserati Ghibli offers next-generation safety features to enhance occupant protection. Advanced safety features include seven dual-stage airbags, active headrests and a tire pressure monitoring system, as well as Advanced Driver Assistance system (ADAS) technology designed to help prevent collisions, including adaptive cruise control, blind spot alert, rear cross-path detection, and lane-departure and forward-collision warning systems.
Forward Collision Warning System
This system, available as part of the Driver Assistance Package, monitors vehicles ahead and warns if the car's approach could escalate into a collision. If the warning does not prompt action by the driver, an automated braking system helps to automatically apply the brakes to reduce the car's speed.
Blind Spot Alert and Rear Cross Path Detection
Using radar-based sensors to scan the blind spots on either side of the Ghibli, illuminated triangle icons appear in the door mirrors and an audible alert is sounded when a vehicle enters one of these areas. A rear cross-traffic alert warns drivers of unseen vehicles as the car reverses out of a parking space. Both systems are available as part of the Premium Package, Luxury Packages or Sport Packages.
Lane Departure Warning System
A camera located in the interior rearview mirror monitors road markings ahead, and warns the driver when the vehicle crosses lane markings without signaling. The system, available as part of the Driver Assistance Package, helps reduce lane drift and the possibility of lateral collisions.
Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go
Adaptive Cruise Control monitors the amount of space between the Ghibli and the vehicle ahead, maintaining a constant pre-set distance. The car adjusts speed until the vehicle in front comes to a stop-and restarts automatically if the stop is less than two seconds. The feature is available as part of the Driver Assistance Package.
